Course Overview
This is a transformative course that highlights the fundamental role of social-emotional skills in creating sustainable and inclusive societies and in promoting personal and collective well-being. It aims to foster greater self-confidence, healthier interpersonal relationships and a deeper understanding of one’s own identity and emotional realm, as well as the surrounding context. Participants will explore their self-awareness and socio-emotional and interpersonal skills, learning to enhance their abilities to foster inclusive and sustainable environments, while achieving personal growth, building resilience, and nurturing empathy.
Furthermore, contents highlights the importance of understanding how our thoughts release when we face diversity. Students will also understand how their brain works and their impact on their decisions by avoiding prejudices.
