3.1 Platform Content: All content available on the CloudEARTHi MOOC platform, including courses, materials, text, graphics, videos, and logos, is the property of CloudEARTHi initiative or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may only use the platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes. If you are represent Higher Education Institute (HEI), your HEI may use the content available on the CloudEARTHi MOOC platform for free after a getting a written permission from the CloudEARTHi initiative.
3.2 User Contributions: By submitting any content to the CloudEARTHi MOOC platform, including comments, feedback, videos, or teaching materials, you grant CloudEARTHi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license. This license allows CloudEARTHi to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. Additionally, your submitted materials may be used by the CloudEARTHi initiative to be posted on our social media channels and/or utilized on one or more of our other websites.
- Third-Party Links and Content
The CloudEARTHi MOOC platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CloudEARTHi. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party websites. You access and use such links and content at your own risk.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudEARTHi and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the CloudEARTHi MOOC platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway, specifically the jurisdiction where the coordination of CloudEARTHi is based. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the CloudEARTHi MOOC platform shall exclusively be brought before the competent courts of Tromsø city in Norway.
